Sustainable organic foods and extraordinary frozen vegetarian meals. Wendy created Tartlet collections and sold Rogue duck eggs and 100% grass-fed lamb. Ingredients were sourced from her family farm in Oregon. She sold at farmers markets year round and made monthly deliveries to individuals and stores in the Bay Area and Southern Oregon. Wendy managed and marketed the business, cooked all of the tartlets, made the deliveries and helped raise the animals while her mother managed the vegetable garden and the ducks.
